Karen’s exposure to the field of construction began working with her father as a finish carpenter. Her experience includes owner/project manager for a non profit organization completing several phases of improvements including a 50+% expansion project. She served general contracting firms in the roles of Operations Administrator, Estimator, Project Manager, Regional Manager and Operations Manager before she founded Excel Construction Services, Inc. A US Army veteran, Dan spent three years as a Six Sigma Green Belt for an Industrial Gas Company where he led several projects to a successful conclusion. Additionally, he brings 15 years of Project Management experience where he successfully led numerous projects for Xerox Corporation and Praxair Corporation. Dan also brings thirty years of experience with Xerox Corporation where he was trained in process development, monitoring and control.


Chris is a military veteran with three decades of experience in business management. He is a seasoned leader, experienced in enlisting the support of all team members in aligning with project and organizational goals. Prior to Excel, he served as Project Manager, and Brigade Senior Operations NCO.  In a prior role as an Asset Manager for a Carrington Holdings, Chris successfully led a team in the management of up to five national portfolios of rental homes. Chris is a Leadership Administration graduate from the U.S. Army Command  and General Staff College.
